How to measure yourself correctly?
1. Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually a few inches above your belly button. Make sure the tape measure is snug, but not tight.
2. Hip:
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level for an accurate measurement.
