At Xiemmi, we are committed to providing optimal service both pre- and post-sale. Below we detail our general exchange policy and the circumstances in which it is possible to manage an exchange. It is important to mention that we do not make returns of any kind , and by making your purchase, you accept these policies.

1. General Exchange Policy

Requests for changes must be made within the established time frame and conditions, always ensuring that the products meet the necessary requirements. Below we describe the reasons and steps to follow:

A. Change by Opinion

Considerations:
• You can request a change within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order.
• The product must not show signs of use and must be returned in the same condition as received (with original packaging and labels).
• It is necessary to present proof of payment (receipt or photo) certifying the purchase.
• Exchanges are only allowed for a product of the same value or higher price, covering the additional amount.
• Contact us via email, WhatsApp or Instagram to manage the change.

Note: Not all products are eligible for exchanges based on opinion, such as swimwear, bikinis, or intimate apparel. Please consult the specific policies for each product before making your purchase or contact us for more information.

B. Exchange due to Product Failure

Includes:
• Damaged product.
• Defective product.
• Product with signs of use.
• Product with missing accessories.

Considerations:
• You can request a change within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (with original packaging and labels).
• It is necessary to present proof of payment (receipt or photo) certifying the purchase.
• Exchanges are only allowed for a product of the same value or higher price, covering the additional amount.

Quality Control Process:
• The product will undergo quality control, which may take up to 5 business days.
• If the product meets the conditions for exchange, it will be processed.
• If it is determined that the fault was caused by misuse, the customer will be notified and may collect the product or request its shipment, assuming the logistics costs.

C. Size Change (Clothing and Footwear)

Considerations:
• You can request a change within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (with original packaging and labels).
• It is necessary to present proof of payment (receipt or photo) certifying the purchase.
• Exchanges are only allowed for a product of the same value or higher price, covering the additional amount.
• For footwear, it is recommended to test the product on a clean surface to avoid signs of use.

2. Steps to Manage a Change
1. Communication: Contact our team via email, WhatsApp or Instagram to start the request.
2. Proof: Present proof of payment (receipt or photo).
3. Coordination: We will evaluate your request and agree on the most suitable exchange method.

3. Shipping Options for Exchanges

Depending on the reason, the dimensions of the product and your location, there are two options to manage the exchange:

A. In Physical Store
• Take the product to the address of our store that we will provide you.
• If the product is not delivered within 5 business days of coordination, the request will be cancelled.

B. Via Courier
• Send the product through the courier of your choice (Olva or Shalom), after contacting us to receive the shipping information.
• If the change is not due to a product failure, the customer assumes the logistics costs.
• Once the product is received, quality control will be carried out and we will inform you of the status of your request.
