• Waist: 58 - 64 cm
• Hip: 84 - 90 cm
• Leg length: 76 - 80 cm
Size S:
• Waist: 65 - 71 cm
• Hip: 91 - 96 cm
• Leg length: 80 - 84 cm
Size M:
• Waist: 72 - 78 cm
• Hip: 97 - 103 cm
• Leg length: 84 - 88 cm
Size L:
• Waist: 79 - 85 cm
• Hip: 104 - 110 cm
• Leg length: 88 - 92 cm
Size XL:
• Waist: 86 - 92 cm

How to measure yourself correctly?
1. Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually a few inches above your belly button. Keep the tape measure snug but comfortable.
2. Hip:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, making sure the tape is level and not too tight.
3. Leg length:
Measure from the top of your waist to your ankle or desired length, depending on your pant style (jeans, dress pants, etc.). You can do this while standing, making sure the tape is straight and snug.
